If you can wait until June, I would suggest using dialaphone as they offer big line rental discounts.

Message me the details of what you are offered before you sign a new contract though

I was going to leave Orange as they're the most expensive, but I've always found them to offer good customer service. So, they offered me a great deal and a free upgrade.

Only, I then get a bill through yesterday saying I've been charged £75 for the upgrade and another mysterious £30!

Not happy in the slightest.

Have you had a look at Virgin phones?
I believe its a one off payment for the phone, they don't charge u monthly line rental, & you get billed for calls and texts you send.

O2 online good enough to get you to join up, upgrading is crap-dog robbers
