i like the Sessions series, although I think Axwell's on the next one and Seamus Haji did one too. Odd choices I felt, but nevermind.
 
Think Ministry have really cleaned up their act with the introduction to the "sessions" release mix cds. This is house with a difference. A Mix of funk and jazz

I heard somewhere that Demi, Omid and Masiello (SOS) are to do one. Can anyone confirm?

I just felt they were making good headway with the regeneration of the brand, seamus haji, whilst a no bad collection of tunes, was no different to any other cheese infused sprinkling of summer anthems. if axwell's emix was anything to go by, then his will be a similar effort. im not up on the ministry regulars, but surely theres othe regulars capable of chucking together more challenging compilations?

haji sessions did put me onto the joe t vanelli get it on track, which was a bonus (cant believe i missed it before!), so im glad of it in that respect.

I've loved the rest with the exception of the Wink one, which I thought was turd.

No I'm not a fan of Seamus Haji either and don't think it's as strong a name as the previous ones. The Sneak and Farina ones this year have both been amazing, really good for the Saturday Sessions brand ;)
 
hmm, im gonna give wink another listen over the weekend. maybe i was in the wrong frame of mind at the time. thoughts to follow.
