Tickets on the internet are £20 plus £3 booking fee. What's the best thing to do in relation to queues etc. ? Buy a ticket on the door or get an advance ?

Usually plenty of concessions lists SP usually save you a few quid. The normal queue will be pretty hefty round midnight.
