Michael Jackson is guilty

Well, the jury has been selected. Jurors range in age from like 19 all the way to 70-something (The ages are vauge; this is California after all  ). The court date is scheuduled and soon we will have OJ trial all over again- It's going to be All Michael, all the time.

That's all I can compare it to. God, has it really been that long that we were introduced to "DNA evidence", "The Bloody Glove", "The White Ford Bronco" and "The Race card"?

I think this one is going to be much easier than OJ. Mike can't play the Race card, for noone knows fo shizzle what race he actually is.

Or gender or species for that matter. ;)

Mike didn't have a low speed chase in a Ford Bronco. Nothing says "I'm guilty" like surrenduring peacefully. Also, Mike didn't hold records in The Football Hall of Fame. All he has are some crappy songs, The Moonwalk and the classic "grab your crotch in public" move. In other words, the public dosn't love him as much as someone who can throw an oblong ball made of the skin of a pig.

I think that MJ is going to go to jail. Wether he's actually guilty of touching little boys is totally meaningless; "justice" is a bold-faced lie, I just believe an orange jumpsuit is in his future. How about you? Do you think he's going to be taking a trip in the paddywagon anytime soon?

PERSONAL OPINION!

:D THE EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM is compelling, and one must wonder why a fully mature adult, would take children over to his house for sleepovers 8O a man in his position is an icon to many. ;)

why aint they asked u to testify then?

first a "cook.manager". now a lawyer.

man of many talents. u good at photographing poultry? friend of mine sent me a nice pic of yr "handy" work...

I'll reserve judgement until it's all out in open court. You can't judge a man based on leaked bits and pieces of testimony.

I have to admit though... doesn't look good for Jacko so far. I met Martin Bashir last year and he was telling me he witnessed a lot more than what ended up in his documentary (which I have not seen).

wacko jacko...

At the risk of getting jumped on by a Spotlight tirade I actually think everyone should leave the guy alone.

The trial has nowt to do with me so I'm keeping quiet.

I've never met the man so I think it's inappropriate to start shouting, "GUILTY!"...especially when the trial in question is based around one of the highest earners in showbiz...and in California of all places; a state that's obsessed with material wealth and status - often over morals of any sort.

If I was swayed by sensationalist media reports I would've joined the go bomb Iraq camp last year and I think we all learned a lot from that one.

The funny pic posts are only a joke, i'm sure we are all great believers in the 'innocent until proven guilty' law we have.

As a massive fan of Jacko in my teens i would like nothing more than to see him vindicate his reputation (if he is innocent of course!)

Of course I have my opinions on the matter though, as do most people nowadays.

i dunnohe could have done it, he could not have. but no matter what he did, and if he went over the line - the man is so deranged and twisted that he truly believes he never hurt anyone. because he thinks his actions are normal.

that person who did the documentary set him up because he wanted to hurt him, its was poor journalism. and vert subjective!

Obviously we don't know whether he is innocent or guilty but it just bugged me how he had fans standing outside the court saying 'he is 100% innocent' - they don't know that so I think they should just keep their mouths shut!

as should the media who seem to of applied their usual rule of guilty until proven innocent.

I agree. I don't think it should be given so much publicity. People see it as a form of entertainment or a joke and it's sickening. Whether or not sexual abuse has actually been carried out I'm sure victims of sexual abuse don't appreciate the jokes that are being made from this court case.
