Miami - New Years Eve. Anyone? Any Ideas?

I'm travelling back to the motherland for the holidays, with a stop off to see the family in western Florida and a week of fun in sun in Miami for NYE. Anyone know the scene down there? Anyone else going? And for the love of god, what should we do on Deca 31??
