Mephedrone Spanish Legal Status

What's the current legal status of Mephedrone in Spain?

Is it heading the same way as it did in the UK?

Is it gonna be all over the island this summer, was it last year?
 
Seriously why even think of meph when you can get the real deal? Just look at how its coming back in the rest of Europe. Should be bangin this summer
 
Legal or not, would you like to try and explain to the guardia that the white powder you have in your plastic wrap is legal? Last year i met some scottish people down at bora-bora that had took a load over with them but that was the only time i had heard anything of it over there.
 
Call me old fashioned but I dont see why anyone needs coke, or any legal alternative.

If you cant go to Ibiza and have fun without being off your face, theres something wrong with you.

I will stick to San Miguel and Vodkas for my highs! And I know for a fact that it isnt going to kill me (well, maybe in the long term).

I bet you get off your face on alcohol though, in a lot of cases that's worse.

Bartonious, get off my face on alcohol? Sometimes, but never In Ibiza as I go with my wife and 2 children to a very family orientated resort 'Es Cana', so Im hardly the typical Brit Lager Lout. :)

Even when I do get smashed the worse I may do is wet the bed 8O, so I think its a bit safer than Charlie or anything else people want to stuff up their noses these day!

NOT legal

We are the owner of www.wapwinkel.nl and www.blut.es (good to buy your party supplies) and we have specialists working to check if products are legal or not.
I can tell you 100% for sure that Mephedrone is NOT, i repeat, NOT legal in Spain.
They consider it as being a medication and it has not been registrated as medication. Selling it is equal to selling an unregistrated medication and that is illegal in Spain.

An 18 hours binge on most substances coupled with sleep deprivation will cause most people (especially those not used to partaking in such things) to hallucinate.
 
to reiterate what Johnny Vodka said, that story was sensationalist hearsay - anyone who believes that kind of stuff should be embarrassed

I know certain people who stocked up heavily on the plant food before the ban but I personally have no interest in repeating that experience, especially as the real thing has been making a reappearance of late ;)
