australian band Men at Work..or trio i think,are having to pay millions of dollars in royalties (60 %) for using the flute melody in their hit song 'down under'...apparently it was was taken from some old song written for a competition 70 years ago!!!..and was to be sung by some kind've band camp group :eek:....

so let this be a reminder to all you budding producers....:spank:

its a bit like when Ted Crilley and Dougal McGuire pinched the obscure B side and offered it up, as their own only to find it was the lift music at the song for ireland venue!!
