It's the American version of Rememberance Day in this country, I think.

All the hugely brave young men and women who served (and died) for our freedom.

Yes, it is a day of respect and rememberance for all of our fallen heroes that died in battle.

I will be beaching and barbecuing all weekend, and on Sunday Armin van Buuren and Markus Schulz will be here. :D

That's the official start of summer. The 3-day Memorial Day weekend (Mem Day is the last Monday in May) is the unofficial start in the States.

Wow, I didn't know that fact! I have seen him only once and he was very good. Have you heard his Miami 05 CD? I just have his Coldharbour Sessions 04 one, and I like that a lot.
 
Friday out of work early...mani pedi and get my hair did ;)
then...... saturday roger sanchez at crobar for my birthday :D :D :D
recuperate for a few hours
then Jose Nunez at show in NYC for the sub sessions 8 record release party :) :twisted:

Memorial day 60th anniversary celebrations/rememberance have been rather ruinned in the UK becuase of a shit new European directive that the UK government now has no right to appeal :roll: :evil: :(
 
Wow, you all are going to have a much more fun holiday than me. I have high school graduations for my cousins to go to. Followed by me and my family getting tanked on cheap beer playing volleyball and horseshoes. No big DJ's coming to Denver this weekend. Bummer.

Be careful dear. Mexico is always dangerous as far as I'm concerned. Those federales can be pretty ruthless... they'll jam you for all its worth. I know someone who got stopped by a federale and he took all $500 cash the poor guy had on him for the vacation.

Up here in Canada, we just had our Long weekend (still recovering). I saw Armin last Thur, great set.
