Areas for long term winter renting
Hi,
I am planning to move to Ibiza next Sept (2011) - wouldn't be that organised normally only I have two little boys so have to plan well! Am looking at these areas as know them well but only in the summer - can anyone advise if they are good places in the winter too. Just looking for a little community spirit in an area nothing too hectic realise that its all quiet and slower. Santa Eularia; San Carlos; San Juan; Santa Gertrudis and Talamanca/Roca Llisa area (lots for rent here is this a bad sign??) stayng away from touristy areas like cala llonga/ cala tarida - is this a mistake? also have disregarded San Jose as I stayed there twice and felt I had to drive everywhere.
