How should one pack for a trip to Ibiza in May? Do I need a sweater, or would a jacket be more appropriate?

Thank you. Then I'm guessing a quilted style jacket may be overkill. I will say this: I spent a week of May 2017 in London and it was a bit cold there in May. It rained as soon as we landed!
