Mauro Picotto prepares for his artist album

Italian dancefloor don, Mauro Picotto has just enjoyed a particularly busy weekend, flying in from his Ibiza residency to play in Northern Ireland for Love Saturdays at Club Matrix. A popular guy on the emerald isle, as well as the white isle, Mauro was voted by readers of former Irish dance music bible BBm as 'Best International DJ', (above Carl Cox, John Digweed and Paul Van Dyk).

Picotto has continued to expand Meganite's horizons via Privilege in Ibiza this summer. Mauro also recently released a Meganite compilation and his highly anticipated third artist album is nearing completion and 'will define and underline Picotto as one of electronic music's most consistent producers'.
