Marvel Aparthotel in the Bay

Thinking of staying in the bay and looks like the Marvel apartments might be a nice place to be during the day, but how far out are we from the crayiness?
Would it be realistic to say you could walk to San An in the heat and at night?
this is my 3rd time goin to IBZ and as much as i LOVE the madness 24/7 it is not for all my fellow travellers ...so we have agreed to stay in the bay and i want to know will i feel like i am missing out on anything!? 8)
 
These apartments are pretty much next to where we stayed couple years ago at the Rosamar. We walked it once to San Antonio and it was about 45-50 min walk. We just ended up getting taxis for the rest of the holiday as the girls moaned about the walk. I didnt mind it.

hi there, a taxi will be about 10 euros, but I thought you prefered somewhere nearer the centre, these apartments are at the far end of the bay, I suggest the marina playa aparthotel it is just at the end of the promenade(hawai beach) and can be booked at a good price on this site.. the marvel is at least a further 10 min walk past the rosamar..
