This month my very spesh guest is My Guy Hornsby of Wildchild fame - check the rather impressive bio:

Like so many other DJs, Guy Hornsby started his career in a corner of the dancefloor - of the seminal ‘Love To Be’ at Sheffield’s Music Factory in the mid 90s. Wobbling around the club of a Friday night he was inspired by the music, the energy and the atmosphere. Then and there he decided he wanted to be a part of it.
In the six years since he bought his first record (Ministers de la Funk feat Jocelyn Brown’s ‘Believe’, if you’re interested) Guy has become a fixture behind the decks of many of the UK’s most vibrant club nights. A glutton for hard work, he’s helped nurture trance/house megalith Wildchild into one of London’s biggest nights with his residency there. And when he’s not teaching cyber kids the rules of house music he’s played to appreciative audiences at Neighbourhood, Garlands, Turnmills, Parlez-Vouz?, Tribalism, and Riot!.
Inspired by icons like Sasha and Steve Lawler, Guy has constantly honed his style, blending crowd-pleasing tunes with cutting-edge choices. This has allowed him to push his sound from classic house and breaks into darker, more twisted territory, without losing the all-important element of audience interaction.
Recent standout gigs have included Guy’s inaugural set at The Gallery at Turnmills, one of the clubs that shaped his earliest clubbing memories in London. He knows it’s a long to his dream gig on Space Terrace, but he plans on enjoying every gig along the way.

As those of you who know, this is basically an excuse for me to get rollicking drunk and slur at you all on the tinterweb, often recorded for embarrassing posterity. Well this time I have a buddy, so it's going to be amusing to say the least.. plus Guy's bringing down one of them new fangled EFX units to spice up his mixing :)

Hope you can tune in!

I heart Mark Sun!! But I want to understand what you are saying this time...It was very LOW and I was straining to hear and I get all mushy when my name is said with your fabulous accent! 8) :D

*clears throat*

All requests for daft nonsensical sentences needed in an English accent (or any other) happily catered for.

"I'm here all week"

Well, at least tonight from 8-10. 8)

Beer in hand. I'm in for the first 30-45mins then off to Propaganda, so play all your top tunes at the beginning

Yep, that was me (Guy) messing around with the feedback loop - semi successfully during the Mylo remix!

Its wired into one of the cdjs, so you'll hear general abuse every other tune 8)
