Marina Botafoc?

i have found accomodation online described as:

"Spacious and well decorated Four bedroom apartment in the heart of Paseo Maritimo, minutes away from Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour with it's numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, close to discoteques Pacha and El Divino, walking distance to Talamanca beach."

can anyone tell me if they have stayed in this area before, how did you find it for ease of getting to places and what is talamanca beach like? ive stayed in figueretes, p den bossa and san antonio and i dont mind hoping on a bus to get about.
 
talamanca's a nice sandy beach which is also dotted with some good bars and restaurants. you can get the ferry from the marina to the harbour in i-town.
 
We stay in botafoch 8 out of 10 times.
IMO it's one of the best places to base yourself on the Island.
 
I stayed in Talamanca at El Corso in 03. I liked the area. Easy to get to Pacha and Divino. Can catch the Ferry to Ibiza Town. Can get a cab to go to San An, or catch the bus in Ibiza town. I would stay there again.
