anyone stopping at marian apartments this year,or as stopped there before?

Me and the other half are staying at the marian 1st sept - 15th. Never stayed there before, cheap as chips so not expecting much apart from a sleeping ground. Our mates are going the same day but staying at the pacific so we will prob be there most the time as its nicer. From what ive heard though its an alright little hotel
Stayed there a few times. Its run by a local family who work hard to keep the place spotless and with a good party atmosphere.
Its in a residential area, so noise has to stop at midnight due to the new laws with regard to noise pollution in residential areas. Rooms are clean but spartan in furnishings.
The bar stays open all night but no parties are allowed in the rooms after midnight.
The pool is big and there is an all weather football pitch and a squash court on site.
I remember blacking out after one too many Mojitos there one night. Sick as a dog when I woke up the following afternoon, ended up in the wrong room and was escorted to my correct bunk by the night watchman before I was sick all over his shoes.
Following day I was greeted with a large bar tab and a grinning barman standing in front of a photocopied pic of a Mojito stuck up behind the bar.........
That was just one of the printable stories I can recount about the place
