Mar Y Vent apartments...anyone know anything?

Anyone know anything about these apartments?

We stayed in Puet apartments last year, and I think these are opposite? Is this right? If not anyone know where they are? And does anyone know anything about them?

Agghh, the Mar Y Vent.........

Used to frequent these when I was a young lad. Very well situated just up from Savanah and handed for the sunset strip. Can be noisy at times with the people that stay there, but serve there purpose if on a cheaper budget.
