this is on the manumission website as a friday night at Bar M. Anyone been to bar M on a friday yet??? whats it all about??

not sure yet, i noticed that too.
its a new term never used by manumission before...

but the one off 10th anniversary party is on a friday so it may just be on that one friday or they may be creating 5 weeks of build up on friday nights to the 10th birthday party which is sure to be a good show.

maybe, or alternative rocky acts.

i thought the band were on mondays at Bar M before their stint at privilege.
 
when I went to the opening of bar m, which was on a friday, they had the manumission resident band , the ju ju babies - so I assume it refers to their new policy of live rock n roll/ electro bands.
 
Just got back from the manumission opening and they had goldie lookin chain on in one of the side rooms............how bizarre was it when the funky tunes stopped and a bunch of welsh rappers came on!! Was a good night though but too many stops for the shows they were doing.......although they went over board with the naked ladies which ain't all bad. Space carry on rocked it was rammed early doors.
 
i got told by some random bloke while walkin back to my hotel that manumission was crap monday. about 12,000 people in there! im glad i went to floor filliers and the foam party at eden! lol :D

also went to the manumission opening. the show wasn't brilliant to me, (nor the music) and i didn't understand why there were so long breaks in between. Though, the crowd though was fantastic and i enjoyed the time. Must have been thousands of people. Got stuck at the terrace for more than half an hour :evil:
 
Also went to Manumission Opening and it sucked big time! The show wasn't that impressing and the music was really crap! Wasn't too impressed about the crowd either, too much San An type of people. Gutted I missed Sven @ Cocoon for that! :evil: And about the 40 euro's spend on the ticket... :evil: But that's life.

BTW: I did see Sven walking around there! :)
 
Have to agree. Eventually pluimped for Manumission over Roger@Pacha, and it was definitely a mistake. Crowd was poor, too many west-enders. Sound was poor. Show was good, but meant the night was too stop-start. Music wasn't even that great........
