Making painful decisions is hard.

Don't think we will be going this year :( It depends if we're buying a place in October, if we do then definately no Ibiza for us. First time in 8 years without an Ibiza holiday...EEEK!

made these decisions within 2 minutes of getting on the plane to come home in September - booked it a few weeks later!

July, Hotel Nautica (or summat similar) in Figuerates (sic i know).

and convinced the missus to come this time to see what I keep banging on about. Can't wait, this could be special8).

No go for us this year either, what with impending babydom.

However, we have already decided to take baby B on his/her first Ibizan Holiday in September 09.

You will have the time of your life, holidays with children (we did our first last year to Ibiza) are brilliant, life changing events :)

I didn't mean to cause upset for anyone not going this year :(

I simply couldn't hold in my joy at the decisions to be made :) Every year I pretend the decision of whether we are going or not rests with the misus. I hadn't mentioned it for several months (on purpose), the better half finally brought up the subject on Saturday :) She said "Ok, so when are we going?". No other words were required.......

I was all set on going in September as usual but boyfriend has dropped the bombshell that he can't get the time off work  Think I 'll have to persuade him to do a sicky for a week  hopefully the rest of the people going can use their powers of persuasion also. Very tempted to book for both of us now, just in case we do end up going.

Last week of June - first week of July this year - due to Open University Exams for one of our group

Me and Phil - Gingerfreak et al.

Couple of villas somewhere central on the Island....

Cannot wait - R&R on my favourite Island somewhere quiet in the middle of nowhere - 8)8)8)

4th - 9th July here btw - any spotlighters (and I know I said this last year & cocked it up/bottled out!) about at that time give me a hoy. There will be two couples (NOT swingers before you ask!).

Hey, no worries mate. After all, the purpose of this site is discussing Ibiza,
:)lol: must remember this) - hope you have a great time.

I'll have to prompt you for child friendly questions nearer the time!8)

Such as:

How much does it cost to get a 1 year old into DC10?

Is there anywhere in space where you can leave the baby behind the bar?

Only joking

I'm going to be booking on Wednesday.

1st June for a week.

Staying in Playa Den Bossa, haven't decided where yet, looking at Jabeque Apartments, Club Garbi Hotel, Jet Apartments, Attzaro Apartments, Fiesta Playa Den Bossa Hotel and Tivoli Hotel (which seems to be the cheapest) . I've done a search on all of these and looked about to see what I can find out about them . So if anyone has stayed at any of them let me know what you think.

I know Jet Apartments seems to be a popular choice.

I'm still planning on it!

Only thing is, my work is always really busy in September... and thats when I want to go... and get the time off.

I want to go on a long trip at the end of the year and if i go to Ibiza, i'll end up blowing a huge part of it... hmnnn...

I dunno ive been the last 2 years and while ive had a good time i feel it's time to go elsewhere (and if that minimal rubbish gets any more popular then ill definitely not go) so maybe ill consider Thailand or India, South America would be first port of call but it may be too expensive to fly there.

Don't worry gregory... I have my priorities in place.. I'll still manage a trip over there ;)

Its just a nightmare trying to get holiday time at my work at that time of year :x

I think when you're working there, you are able to get a few more discounts on things us normal people can't like free club entry.... and you don't have to worry about the trans-atlantic ticket!
