What does a megastar need when she's under the weather? Why, a little ego-stroking, of course...
And Madonna's pals have been doing just that since the singer fell off her horse this week.
< Stuart Price, who produced her new album Confessions On A Dancefloor, sent snaps of fans dancing to her tunes in Ibiza to cheer her up.

A spy says: "Stuart dj'd at Thursdays at Space and played some tracks. The floor went wild so he sent some pics on his phone to her saying: 'Here's 1,000 people going mad to your tune!' She loved it."
Well, it sure beats grapes...
 
I think this album will kick ass!Stuart Price/Jaques Lu Cont is an awesome dj,he'll be playing at Pure Pacha next month and I will definitely catch his set!Maybe Madonna will make an appearance as well :D

The first single is the uptempo synth-disco jam "Hung Up," which Price calls "a big feel-good song. You put it on and you want to get in your car, turn it up and drive around smiling."
