Aargh . . .

Got one coming my way fast

Lights flashing , head and neck sensitive, eyes tender, brain off on one (and not in a good way).

And just to cap it all off I have the ideal anti cure - another 5 hours solid in front of a computer screen.

Need tales of fluffy bunnies and dark rooms . . . .

Trying to figure out what my trigger was this time. Think the one tiny bit of cheese yesterday has come back to bite me.

Migraines are such a bugger!

Drink lots of water, take a painkiller of some description and try find five or ten minutes to chill out in a dark room somewhere.

Not all guaranteed to stop it, but they might help.

Im a fellow migraine sufferer and it can ruin your life.

I get serious nausea and distorted vision. It can be quite dangerous.

I fooking hate migraines, can you not go home? I'm good for nothing if I get one, I'm usually sick with it too, so I normally just go home and sleep for about 5 hours, and I still feel like crap when I get up. Hope you feel better soon

I could go home but I get them so often I'd never be here !

I tend to get them in clusters then they disapear for a few weeks / months.

A Nurofen sounds good.

I love the Lemon Melts . . . I love the comfy warm blanket they wrap you up in. Amazed it doesn't extoll that virtue on the box !

That really sucks mate. Only time I've had them was when I was sick with something else.. my mum gets them all the time though
