I'd never have made a good nurse 
What is it with the lurgies going round at the moment, everyone at work is either coughing and spluttering everywhere, sniffling, calling in sick. And now I feel I am coming down with it just in time for the weekend
If Id know there was a lurgie going around I would have used that as my "sick-note" for work! Instead I told them I had a migrane.... ....they so arent believing me....Ive had TWO texts this morning asking "how am I?"....like they give a monkeys.I have no sympathy for coughers on public transport, Dom even has so tell me off for pulling disguised faces in their direction.
It's worse as we are on the picadilly line, so it's always full of tourists just landed at heathrow, so I start thinking they are bringing bird flu into the country.

@ bird flu from the tourists I always give them disgusted looks - have some funking manners
This sounds like my work. When you come back the next day to the "how are yous" you know they really dont care and think your faking.
God help any of us if we have a coughing fit on the tube
I know, poor bloke he was probably really genuinely ill and had something really wrong with him and then he's got me glaring at him and giving him dirty looks

I hope I have gotten all lurgies out of my system after that horrible fluey thing we had after NY - I want to be fit and well now for the rest of the year and build up my immune system for Ibiza....
