Is there anyone to watch this year?
DJs? Definitely Krysko in Manchester, who’s resident at Sankey’s Soap. For producers, Euan Pearson. He is so on it, I can’t sing his praises enough. Luke Solomon. He’s a genius. He’s been around for a while but he’s going to be big this year.

Krysko's like a mini Derrick-Carter, but more English.

He describes his sound as "deep house via Nottingham and Jackin' House via Chicago", making him pretty uniqie, I reckon.

If I could be in London for So... I owuld, he's going to tear the f***ing place apart. Definately someone I look up to and admire as one of the best residents in the country

OOh .. Deep House via Nottingham .. which lot? D.I.Y or Smokescreen ? Am intrigued now ..
 
If the Nottingham Deep House lot have influenced him, then that's a 100% guarantee he'll be good !!

I'd say DiY are the pick of the bunch though, but that's me... 8)
 
Smokescreen got a bit "samey" a while back, but they're back with a vengence ...

Digs and Whoosh always keep a night on top form and when Si (DK) is with em, we're ensured of a night to remember ... (IF we can remember it!) I don't know anyone who parties harder than the Notts lot !! THeir after parties are famous and last for DAYS !!!

Hoping for DIY and Smokies to get some free parties going round this way, aswell as their usuals down Peterborough way ... Nothing better than partying in a field !
 
How the funk would that little maddam lottie know?? I've DJ'd with her before and she just turns up 5 mins late, spends 10 mins getting drinks in, moans about everything, plays a shit set and then leaves early as well. How can she possibly know about other DJ's. she's not even there to hear them. Oh and by the way while all this is going on her "Possy" are farting around in the DJ box annoying everyone. They even cut up right in front of security and were snorting all kinds of shit. If the security wern't so cool the venue could have easily lost it's license. Really wasn't impressed by her.
 
rather good! The man does work the mixer! :P

I left about an hour into his set to goto a techno night which was IMMENSELY banging! I had a headache as well but Ive learnt to deal with them in clubs over the years ;)

Ye Krysko was top notch. Should be a good one at So... :D

Saw him at Fandango a couple of months back... very good indeed, and coupled with Greg Vicars/Nic Fanciulli - A great night was had!
