Los Pasajeros restaurant still exist???

my friend was in ibiza in the laste 80's early 90's and raves about this restaurant in the old town..says everyone used to hang out there..does it still exist and is it any good???
 
It was there september last year but looking at the food on the plates; we just left!

so would anyone recommend it??? my friend raves about it, but like i say, i suspect it may have changed since 89...
 
NOPE! Okay you can always have bad luck but most of the things on their menu are quite yummy. It's simply not the kind of romantic place for candle light dinners, you go, eat, chat (50% of the guests are people you've known forever) and leave. Period.
 
Good kitchen, never had a bad experience here, but it is a busy restaurant and for those who have not much time (the workers). And it could be a romantic place for sure, if you ever get those seats on the balcony!!! :twisted:
 
My favorite sport on this romantic terras is to spot the lost towels from the Marina apartments dropped on the sheeld of the restaurant at the opposite.

Bit boring yes but years before there were these old Ibicencos hanging out of their balconies, tired of watching TV all day and curious to watch less dressed ladies to pass by (or even take a table at Sam's) :P

not just a busy restaurant, probably the busiest in ibiza!! :lol:

theres always people queueing outside to enter and as its open from 8pm till very late its perfect for workers..........
 
Los Pasajeros...how can they do it?

..........how can they keep the same good vibe in this place? It is cramped like always, the right people like always, the waiters changed over the decades- but they are nice like always, food and price are good like always, hey..the toilet is new! and still you'll call it your lucky day when you get the table on the balcony.

The best seat of the house is right in front of the fridge door :-)) you have to move a bit each time they need to get something out. Do you mind?..... maybe the whole vibe is not for you!?

LOS PASAJEROS FOREVER! :D
