Looking to meet European girls in NYC

Ok, so I'm a born and raised American, but...the women here...are almost undatable. It's all about their job, job, job...which is very boring. A lot love hip hop and can't stand house, and I just can't vibe with them. My friends and I always seem to date Europeans/South Americans. THey are just straight up, no bs and cool. Since there are a lot more American women here than Europeans...I thought I'd see if there were any cool girls living in NYC that, well...aren't from here..hahahahaha

Soo.....say hi people.....guys are more than welcome to reply also, we are always up for new european friends that like house.

Ciao

I'm English, and I've been to NY quite a few times, and always found it pretty easy to hook up with US girls...perhaps its true they like the accent or whatever.

anyway there's usually a lot of Euro girls round the East Village right?

haha

yeah it's very easy to hook up with everyone...but I'm a little past that point and american girls just really don't do it for me. I have more fun with the european/latin girls. It has a lot to do with the music and the mind set.

what clubs do you go to? aren't there a good selection of european girls in the house clubs?

haha

there's a lot of great ones, yeah...but....I just like the ones that have heard of axwell that don't wear 10 pounds of make up.

I like it when women are into their careers. I'd prefer an equal, someone with similar ambitions, to someone who has no focus.

I thought you'd be all for that, jerseyboy, with your earlier statements about "greed is good" How do foreign girls react to your rampant patriotism? I haven't met many Europeans who find that attractive ;)

I know who the hell Axwell is and don't wear much makeup at all LOL. But I know what you mean... it seems hard to come by someone who knows a lot about electronic music and isn't a fake soul :D

Your problem is likely that American girls know to stay away from anyone from New Jersey. Europeans haven't been forewarned.

And your test to determine whether or not a person is knowledgable about electronica is Axwell? x2 (Not that he's not a good DJ...but c'mon, really?!?)

I find that surprising. I've met more nice, sincere, and amazing people inside this scene than any other group/niche. BUT it can be hard to locate Americans with solid knowledge of electronica. But there are dense pockets of them in every city. That was my favorite part about living in the States and being associated within this scene. The underground aspect creates a familial vibe.

Uncalled for. Maybe this is why you have probs with the ladies luv? We are having a discussion and rude, unnecessary comments make me not want to pay attention to what you're saying. Are you sure you're not rossi619 in disguise?

Tiffany... my bad, I re-read that and it totally didn't say what I meant. :D I MEANT to say that those two qualities (being genuine and liking electronic music) sometimes seem hard to find in a person around here. I SO agree that the dance music scene is wealthy with cool, friendly, and totally familial vibeage :P LOVE it.

can't you people take a joke? is a sense of humor not allowed here? We have a girl from spain here staying with us and she thought it was hilarious.....and as for a problem with the ladies...come on.... but I mean feel free to keep talking about it because honestly, it's entertaining. I'm wondering if I should say something else to ilicit some more responses. naaah, I think I'm good for now.

life must be hard being so serious all of the time, no?

curious...why would you say that about jersey? I'm being serious..what do people from elsewhere think about us? I'm interested to find out what the stereotype is? jersey accents? meatheads? something else?

do me a favor and check out any site that lists average IQ by state....

after you do that.....take a bath with a toaster.

I do take back the toaster comment...I'll be nice..

I think people from cali don't like people from jersey and the east coast and vice versa... we both have totally different lifestyles...we are very fast, and you guys are more laid back....somewhat out there and flaky, fake, plastic, whatever you want to call it. You think we are all cocky, ignorant, a$$holes. We all have our flaws. And people...just laugh at what I write, don't get offended......
