Looking for Help with Courier Service/Left Bag at Car Rental

Hello Everyone,

I just got back from Ibiza and left a backpack in my rent a car. Enterprise has confirmed they have it, but asked me to use a courier service or an authorized person to come pick the bag up and ship it to the USA. The only courier service I could find in Ibiza is Halcourier and the website is not very good..and only in Spanish. Does anyone know of any courier services that would be able to pick up my backpack and ship it for me. Also if anyone is in Ibiza and wants to swing by and do it...I'd be glad to pay. Thanks everyone!
 
Any contents need removing before sending over ? :lol: [soz, I feel your pain - diver had to bring a bag back to UK for me that I left in Mambo toilets after rushing to change for the airport when we got back from a boat trip. Hasstle all round but so easily done ! 250 mile round trip to collect it from the airport taught me a lesson in mindfulness ! ].

Can't you arrange for Fedex / DHL etc. to pick it up from the rental station on a prepaid collection ? They'll usually shove it in one of their post packs if it needs to be bagged and isn't too big. Cost you a fair whack though and not sure what US customs will make of it !
 
I didnt think Fedex or DHL had services in Ibiza? All i need is the package to be mailed, but Enterprise doesnt seem willing to do the mailing. All the contents are fine...its personal items and a laptop. The backpack is only about 10-12 pounds so shipping wont be too bad, its not a whole piece of luggage.
 
Is a DHL office in Ibiza I'm sure. I work with them and checked being nosey. They'd pick it up but will hand search bag. Any cash etc will be removed. And things like aftershave deodorant etc. Flammable.
