London Stansted Airport

Can anyone tell me if there any super cheap single rooms next to the airport here in London (Stansted) as I'll need a nice overnight sleep before the trip back to Canada. As long as its clean and safe thats all that matters, simple and cheap and very basic works. Please help!

All the hotels directly next to Stansted are your usual airport hotels - off the top of my head there's a Raddison, Holiday Inn, Hilton etc. As they're airport hotels they're probably not as cheap as you're looking for as they can charge premium rates cos of their location to the airport.

Stansted airport is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so even if you got a hotel in nearby town eg Bishops Stortford or Harlow you're still going to have to get taxi to and from airport to hotel.

why not just sleep at the airport??? We did that last week, no problem, and you get to meet a lot of nice people there as well!!!

It is safe and they turn out most of the lights at night! Remember your earplugs :-)
