Going to London the weekend with a couple of mates, my mate lives in St Albans so will be getting the train back about 1.30am.

Just wondering if there are any cool bars / pubs with decent music to go to? Somewhere a bit different would be nice! Somewhere not mental money as well!
 
If you head to hoxton square there will be plenty to amuse you there without having to wonder about looking for places.

Also take a look at Camden, proud galleries or electric ballrooms.

:eek: ... don't go there on a Friday night .... every suited and booted worker and their mates spewing all over the place and dancing to pop music. Come to think of it, if that amuses you you'll have a great time :D.
 
^^^ agreed, Sat is a better night as the city is dead.

It's an easy and obvious choice i know but if you're coming in from out of town then maybe a choice of bars all close by works?
 
The person I'm going to see has decided to spend the night in St Albans instead so looks like were drinking there!
