I simple but important question... If one goes to a club or a pool party in another part of the island, he would need to bring some stuff (sunscreen, wallet, change of clothes if one go to a pool party). He would need to change. If one goes to a pool party, the phone would need to be kept somewhere (you do not want to get in a pool with your phone). This means that you would need to bring a small backpack with you.

What if I want to go to the beach on PDB, then go to a club, and am coming from another part of the island? I would need to change my clothes.

What do people do? On all the pictures that I see (of pool parties and clubs), I do not see anyone with a backpack / bag / purse. Is there a way to bring a bag / backpack and keep it somewhere? I would imagine this would be difficult with 1000s of people.
 
Perhaps wallet is a different story. Do not carry the wallet - bring some cash and a credit card, put it in something waterproof and always carry it on you.

But what about change of clothes, phone, and some other personal stuff? What do people do?
 
Depends where you are thinking ? Places like ocean beach have lockers, but don’t allow rucksack sized bags I don’t think. When we’ve been we have typically just put high factor sun cream before we go, and given most places only really get going 3-4pm you’re good.

Over in PDB there is a bag storage place I think but not sure there is in San An

Ocean Beach and Ibiza Rocks would the main areas of interest (I will be staying at PDB so do not need something there). Are there showers on the beach, specifically at Ocean Beach? Where are the lockers at Ocean Beach?
