Location suggestions

Considering Villas this year.

What good areas are there to stay that are close to a beach and within a distance a not too expensive distance of San An?

I've stayed here a couple of times, supermarket is 5 minute walk as is a couple of low key restaurants(but cheap), few bars down the hill one of which was still going once when we left at 9am
The bus stop is close and taxi was less then 10e to San an and of course close to Beverley's when you fancy an alternate evenings entertainment
Forgot to add the view is unbelievable! Sun sets perfectly as you look out from the terrace, 1.5km walk to Cala bassa to but don't do it when it's 30 degrees trust me it's brutal

I think I read it's changed names but still open, might brave it next time
