Is it correct that they do the 'shows' each night of the week before the djs spin?

and is there any real difference in a 'club night' versus a specific party or is it just the djs spinning?
 
c1g, the show is part of the dinner. every night between 9pm and 1am you got the dinner show - people being sat, having dinner and enjoying the performances. then 1am means change over to club. they have DJs every night, sometimes it's their residents and thursdays and fridays seem the big ones this year with be crazy (thu) and vintage (fri).
 
Stivi - thanks for the info.

I walked in there last year for a drink before going to Pacha and it was just the show while I was there so wasn't sure if the djs playing and there shows were every night or just specific ones...

yes. because if you go before it's for dinner which works out much much more expensive...there might be days when you get in free or cheap for the after 1am part (and guestlists also exist if you have contacts), but if you wanna go to be crazy expect to pay entry
 
I was on the guest list so didn't have to pay... I had no idea they charged those not on the list.

Def an older posh-type crowd... i'd recommend it if you'd like to dress up a bit and do something a bit more relaxed than a full blown club night.
 
it's more 70€ than 60€
i dont dress up & enjoy to go there to listen some House music (Milk & sugar, Wally Lopez nice guests for now :cool:) , b4 headin to music on at 3.00 am, other differentatmosphere
 
I've not been to lío since 2013 I think. should probably go back once this summer. but the other day I was told by a lío worker that entry is 70€ indeed (no matter what day) if you just go for the party bit starting from 1am. there are guestlists around though sometimes

We went last year knowing what to expect for full show cost etc.. Having been to many clubs/ dinner shows etc over last 20yrs, it was crazy expensive..€45 for starter ceasar salad, followed by mains and so on.. Show was quite good, especially the host very entertaing but by end of night and knowing the cost of "VIP" Ibiza it was just so unfulfilling, half hungry and 15mims in to Jean Claude we left to head back to apartment, on with our shorts and headed for 2hrs of Todd Terry in Sankeys, great ending to a 'new Ibiza' night. Long live the island as it stands..
