what a joke !
who will buy such an xpensive appartement where others can look inside/on your balcony ??

i went last week for the first time and had a guided tour. the most surprising thing was the bar in the pool area which i've been told will be run by a very famous brand . . . . .

... the pool area ...
some good piccies of that building/pool/view from pool to sea and castle/etc
i saw (somewhere) here

ps:
like that it looks now exactly like planned years ago
even though the architect died during the construction ...

appearance of the marinalife from "beach"/street is good (especially at night = amazing)
but did you go around the building to the backside ?
it´s a cement-jungle there, other surrounding buildings are way to close
http://www.spotlight-forums.com/showpost.php?p=1348178&postcount=7 !!

.. . and i hate pools where a million eyes can stare on you from all (3) sides
of the surrounding floors ... gives me an "alcatraz"-feeling :? :x :o

i took a few pics of the project that came out pretty good... will try and post tomorrow...

the pool area looks really cool for a condo project.

I've seen a lot of places around the island that have the green stuff growing up the glass panels, getting too crowded, going brown, doesn't look good...

This place looks ridiculously unsustainable, ragged already! It does look impressive colour-wise...but other than that..hmm, maybe it will all blow away in a storm?

edit, talking about the plantlife and silly plastic tubing stuff obviously
