Less Well Known Places to Day and Night Party

Hey guys,
Coming to Ibiza for my 30th with a group of 12 friends on Sunday 9th August - hired a Villa in PDB - it's gonna be mega!
Plan so far:
Sunday - fly in and straight to Sankey's for Steve Lawler
Monday - chill and scooter the island
Tuesday - Amnesia - Together
Wednesday - no plans as yet
Thursday - no plans as yet
Friday - thinking about Glitterbox or Water Party at Es Para
Saturday - Pacha - Paris by Night
Sunday - thinking about renting a few beds at Blue Marlin or Beach House (Guy Gerber Sundays)

I have been to Ibiza every year the last 5 years so know it well.

Can anyone recommend some bars/clubs for Wed/Thursday/Friday please?

I'd like to go to some clubs I haven't been to or some less well known places/new places - thoughts and suggestions much appreciated. I don't mind where the places are - preference is east coast.

I'm looking for new places just opened, really cool smaller bars/clubs with up and coming DJs....maybe some Beach Bars with a great vibe..

Would be nice not to go to super-clubs every night... and have some good ideas during the day. Beach House Guy Gerber looks awesome for Sunday
