Looks like you need to allow the app to access to your fb accounts as this is the thing which captures the vote info.
need to follow this, to the letter, otherwise VOTES will not be registered!

3. give the offerpop app permission (its a harmless comp app, which does not spam at all)
4. VOTE for my photo (Kwok Man) using the Blue VOTE button, and not via the 'like' button.
5. Share if u can and spread the word!
you can remove the app and unlike hellocanvas after registering your vote.
this vital bit of info has left me with 50 more 'likes' than votes, not a problem if you're a 'contest whore®' who values prizes over privacy.
