After yet another amazing winter of parties in Thailand, ‘Ibiza Tailandia’ returns to the White Isle with a series of four fabulous events at the playground of rock stars and hippies, Ibiza’s oldest music venue: Las Dalias
Each event will bring a unique combination of Thai cuisine, live acts, special guest DJ’s, Ibiza based residents & promotions, all with that special Thailand Party vibe…
Starting at 9pm with an authentic Thai seated meal and relaxed drinks in the garden, things heat up from Midnight when the action shifts inside…Live Acts & Guest DJ’s, plus residents from both Ibiza and Thailand will be taking things to another level, with the excitement carrying on until 6am, also the imfamous ‘The Minx FX’ artistic performers who will be supplying the creative crazyness to the proceedings in a way that only they can!
Last year ‘Ibiza Tailandia’ hosted their first party in Ibiza with a special event at Las Dalias at the tail end of the season. A whole host of Island faces and residents were joined by the more discerning clubbers on the Island for what was an exceptional night, highlighting the connection between these two like-minded destinations. The party shifted back over to Thailand for the winter months with a number of incredible parties at several of Koh Samui’s finest venues, each headlined by some of the world’s top DJ’s / Acts including Timo Maas, Marky, Freestylers, Norman Jay, Judge Jules, Simon Patterson, Scott Martin, Rob Marmot, Brandon Block, Oliver Lang, David Moreno & Marco Loco. This summer ‘Ibiza Tailandia’ will be furthering the bond with monthly parties in Ibiza, culminating in an extra special festive style event in September…more info soon…

Ibiza Global Radio’s own David Moreno is joined by Pete Tongs new Wonderland party resident Rob Marmot, Bora Bora’s own Oliver Lang and We Love @ Space resident/FILTHY Gorgeous head honcho Scott Martin for what should be a fabulous start to the summer…

June 29th is the date for a mini festival at Las Dalias organised by local residents Andy Taylor ex of Duran Duran fame, Vaughan (Pacha Funky room) and Chris (Las Dalias).

Acoustic Ibiza - The Album
It's happening! This week we receive the new album!
Las Dalias is about to take a step in a direction hitherto untravelled on this sunny isle.... "Acoustic Ibiza" will allow itself to swerve away from the ever more decrepit pitfall of electronic swill that has progressively inundated the island since the rise of Clubbing some 20 years back.... Strange to find that "modern" is really "back to the Roots" and viceversa...A full circle has taken us back to the days of musicianship once more....
"Acoustic Ibiza" is the first Ibizan album to hide the mouse and mousepad in the backroom and allow instrumentists to sit in the parlour with the Sunday crockery....The artists involved are real and visible, they all belong to the musical family of Las Dalias. They play live and are bigger than life more often than not... Yep! These are songs folks, not just tracks....
Often the textures of the songs are rough as the rocks at Aguas Blancas, sometimes as colourful as the red earth here in the "hood" in San Carlos, sometimes as poignant as a violet daybreak over the bay of San Vicente....appropriately so, Ibiza is this and much more. Those of us that camp on beyond the last Easyjet of October, have felt the gentle breeze of autumn running chill down our backs as the sun disappears over Benirras.
God what it's like to love Ibiza....!!
