does any body know of any good local bars or clubs in this are of ibiza 'Las Benniras' in between San Juan and San Miguel?

There are two restaurants right there at the beach. There's also a beach shack but I read on here somewhere they closed.

Otherwise, I think you'll have to head over to Puerto de San Miguel, San Miguel or San Juan.

Closest is Aura and then Bambuddha Grove.
Both on San Joan road.

this is the north of the island - if youre thinking of san an/pdb type bars or clubs - they dont exist - although portinatx up the road has resort type bars

all the "bars" around the north are typical ibicencan bars - cheap, cheerful and honest
