In the far north west of England - not too far south of Scotland.

Love the lake district but it's a bloody long drive!

We went last September and it was beautiful. Picked a red hot weekend too.

Not really one for the countryside (despite living next door to the peak district ) but makes a nice change to get out of the city occasionally.

I gave up eating lamb after going to Wales last October and seeing all the little babies springing about everywhere I just couldnt eat them anymore!

I couldn't do it... I could never give up eating lamb shashlik (a.k.a. kebab)
