Best and cheapest will be from one of the many massage ladies on the beach 8)
A friend and i stayed in a gorg hotel just down from Samui and everyday there were woman massaging on the beach and it was amazing, not relaxing as such but made my body feel wicked after so would highly recommend having one

Head to Bophut, look for the Smile House hotel and right in front of the restaurant you will find massage beds with a great view of Koh Phangan. Reasonable price, great massage and then try the Pad Thai in the restaurant, washed down with an ice cold Singha.
