Get ready to Kissdafunk at Ministry of Sound, as the Leeds based phenomenon returns to London for the ultimate Ibiza send-off and album launch party.
For the first time ever, its famous resident DJ squad, including Radio One’s Trophy Twins and Rob Tissera the take over the planet’s most legendary venue, and bring with them the infamous raw-energy, incredible soundtrack and the mad-capped atmosphere that has led KDF to be branded by Galaxy Radio ‘the most successful club nights of the last few years’ and touted byM8 Magazine as a 'Super Club Brand'.
Joining them will be one of the world’s most astonishing electro-house DJs, Sharam Jey. The German producer has worked with the likes Mylo, Moby, and Faithless, while his remix of Energy 52’s Café Del Mar was voted the best tune of all time by Mixmag.
The London date will be the final KDF before it leaves UK shores for the summer, to take up its brand new residency every Tuesday at the gorgeous El Divino in Ibiza Town. Tipped on the Radio One, Zane Lowe Show to be the ‘Ibiza party to watch out for in 2007’, KDF is on track to be one of the biggest parties of the year.
KDF’s Ministry appearance is also the official launch of its critically acclaimed debut album. Mixed by none other than The Trophy Twins & Rob Tissera the album will be available to buy on 30th April. To pre-order a copy visit www.hmv.co.uk or www.play.com.
The Ministry of Sound Bar will be hosted Hed Kandi’s little sister Stereo Sushi. Bring the bar area alive will be Glyne Braithwaite, John Jones and Kelly Marie.
