Kanya For Sale....

Was never the same after they built the walkway (I do love the walkway by the way, just not the new Kanya in comparison to the old one)

Not sure what their turnover will be? Can be busy enough during the day and some nights, but not the 'go to' place it used to be.
 
Yip just not the same I remember the Thai menu think 2002 the ribs were the best I've had back then coastline was good too that's for sale too it's a shame really bet the moaning apartment owners above are gutted the got it shut for noise complaints place looks a mess now
 
Yeah, had some crazy days by the pool at old Kanya. *sighs*

(Lived next door to it in 2006 too *double sigh*)

I agree, I think the majority of the sunset strip and beyond headed downhill after the walkway, all of the bars are the same now.

The days of pre-facebook, no bouncers, no PR's, when selfies weren't heard of, sunloungers outside of Mambo, tables on the rocks outside Savanah were great. When Coastline opened is was my favourite place, Kanya (like a lot of the sunset places) are faceless and all the same! The old Kanya was a great place albeit the pool was illegally built on the beach

Still like Kasbah though!

Coastline was one of the first bars I went to on my first visit to the island in 2003, loved it. Any reason it still sits empty and in ruins? Massive shame and as mentioned sad to walk by it in it's current state

I think after complaints about noise it lost its music license so no music = no point in opening a bar
 
Yeah think that's why it's still empty 900k and you can't have music on in the bar Ibiza politics at its best if you buy an apartment above a bar/club don't expect silence one of the worst things to look at in San an every time I walk past I think what a waste only if I could win a super Euro millions rollover I'd buy the whole building
