Just how quiet is San Antonio at the end of October?

Never been to Ibiza before. Planning on booking up in San Antonio during the Oct half term (Mon 23rd - Fri 27th). It would be me, my husband and our 6 year old.

I know that the clubs will have long closed by then and it will be quiet, which is perfect for a family holiday. But I'm worried that it will be too quiet and everything will have closed!

Will there still be plenty of restaurants open? Shops? Does the tourist train still run? I heard there is a little funfair, will that be open?

It's a great time to go with kids..plenty to do and some local end of.season little festivals might be happening around them.. waving good bye to.the last of the flights leaving the island fpr another year...:)
 
That's great, thanks. Just needed to know that we're not going to arrive to find that there's nowhere open to eat! We're looking at staying next to the Golden Buddha which I believe is open all year.
