You also have to have had a ticket in the first place to be ably to pay at meter, You will get a little envelope with it which you need to put the ticket & the fine receipt in, Then in bottom of meter,
If you have to pay "full price" not sure what the % is now, used to be %50 off if paid in iirc 21 day`s (Not sure on parking but others can be paid on-line, It`s on ticket if you can)

I would think Island wide but defiantly in Santa Eulalia " Siesta time" is free in blue zones (Winter 2>5, Summer 2>4, It`s on the machine) Do not park in/on yellow ever!! Plod has a skill for turning up instantly and will give you loads of grief
