Hi folks,
This is my first post, just looking for some info really.
I'm coming over this year from June to September and planning to look for work when I arrive. Best preference would be bar work or something of that nature, but I am really not fussed what I do. The information pages say that I should be prepared and bring copies of my CV etc across with me. I have two minor questions which I hope people will be able to answer:
1. As I have worked in offices for years, my CV is going to be largely irrelevant in terms of experience. I have done bar work before, but this was when I was 18 and a few years ago now. Is this likely to be an issue, or should I maybe slant it towards my "relevant" experience.
2. Is it worthwhile having my CV translated into Spanish to have a few copies handy in the native tongue?
Look forward to any responses.
Cheers
