Sunday 3rd July
Got to Gatwick at 5.30pm for our flight at 8pm and decided to head straight for the bar, had about 2-3 drinks then left for the plane. On the plane had some free vodka and a crappy meal, thought British Airways would provide more than basically what was bread with cheese and tomato on it. Anyway landed and got cab straight to San An, our apartments were called Central Park Apartments which are located next to the 'Egg' on the roundabout (near EDEN). Walked into our apartments and almost died due to lack of air con but we did only pay £245 for room and flights. Room was boiling, ran to the balcony and could finally breathe again. Spent 5minutes in room, got ready, then str8 out to get pissed. Time is now 2am, went to the WEST END to 2Play which was basically empty. Went to another bar in WEST END, all got mashed and had wicked first night.
Monday 4th July
Slept on beach, lol, friends took pictures of nice women lol. Went to watch the sunset but due to the clouds it was a non-event. Went and watched Rogar Sanchez at his Pre-partry in Mambo's. What a dj!!!!!!!!! Amazing is the only word i can describe him by. Went back to room at about 12am, got pissed on balcony and made a prat of myself.
Tuesday 5th July
Went to the Tidy/Extreme Euphoria pool party at Kanya, from 4pm-8pm, not a massive hard house fan but Tara Reynolds was dj'ing and she played some blinding tracks, was very very impressed. The TIDY girls were walking round in very very very skimpy hotpants which my friend Dave managed to get close up pictures of, lol, now his phone screen saver. Left here at about 7pm, had shower, then headed to Bar Ittica for some food. Very nice meal on the terrace. Went next door to Bar M at about 11.30pm, met Tim Westwood and had group picture with him, as an old hip hop head, this made my day (sorry). Got the disco bus to Ibiza Town, then cab to DEFECTED @ PACHA, what a night!!!!! Sat on pacha terrace listening to great chillout music till 2am then went inside to get smashed and dance our arses off. Friend called Gav spent 60euros on water, 60EUROS on water, i still cant believe that! Sandy Rivera was wicked, came on at 5am and tore the place apart! Wicked day!!!!!!
Wednesday 6th July
Chilled during day, then went to Cafe Mambo at about 7pm to eat. Very pricey food but nice, nice waitress too. Very very gorgeous sunset which made up for missing it on monday. Then 1/2 hour later, Erick Morillio came on for 45minutes, what a dj!!!!!!!! very similar to Sanchez. He dropped Herd & Fitz 'just cant get enough', wow what a track! After hearing him play, we were close to going to pacha again but decided not to due to CREAM tomorrow. Went back to apartment at 1.30am, Dave collapsed after taking ketamine on the beach with some random Italian girl, lol, Me and my other friend Dave decided we hadn't come to Ibiza to stay in so we went out at 3am to the West End, went into Play 2 just as Alex P started. Boy did he play some amazing house tracks, i didn' realise how wicked he actually was. Got absolutely Smashed and could barely walk, went home collapsed on bed at 5.30am
Thursday 7th July
Heard about London bombings, what a fcuking shock, i work two stops from most of them bombs in central london, my dad works around the aldgate area and my mum works in Regent Street, so i was very worried. Everyones family were ok as we rang home quickly. Not letting this ruin our time we decided to carry on and toast a drink to those in London. Went to Bar M, for the Cream pre-party, got our CREAM tickets here plus free funky house cd (which is great). Crap wait for the free bus, which could have been planned better by the organisers. Got on a crammed bus which must of broken every health & safety issue going, lol, got to AMMENSIA at about 2am. Tiesto was on as soon as we walked in, the place was rammed, could barely move. Managed to get some room to the left of the dj booth. Tiesto rocked the place, think i was the only sober person in there (due to dodgy stomach). Friends loved the music, granted i was stone cold sober, but i didn't like the tracks tiesto played, is was way too hard trance for me. He was a good dj though. That Ice Cannon though in the club is amazing! Went into the AMMENSIA terrace at 5.30am till closing at 7am, really enjoyed it in here after hearing the most banging hard trance for 3hours. Left at 7am
Friday 8th July
Got 2 for 1 tickets whilst laying on the beach for Pukka Up at ES PARADISE, yet again another gorgeous club, it was practically empty all night which was a bit of a let down but still got pissed while my mates were still shattered from last nights CREAM night. Dave got chatting to a Scottish doris who he had plans to meet again tomorrow. Great funky house music in here but atmosphere was poor. Left quite early around 5am
Saturday 9th July
Had plans to go to BORA BORA but after waking up late, we got side tracked by a promotions guy advertising free tickets into EDEN if you ate in Kanya. We thought that was a result, so off we went to Kanya, had nice meal got our free tickets for EDEN then went back to room and drank alot of alcohol on the balcony. Went to EDEN for 1.30am and danced till 5.30am. Got mashed again, sixth time in seven days! Loved the place to pieces, made me feel like being in a UK club, great lazers which were making my head spin even more than the drink was. Everyone was plastered since it was out last night. Got back to room at about 6am, Dave and Gav were both sick, the other Dave was awake due to the pills but lying down. I was fine till i had a fag on the balcony then the head rush came and i fell on the floor. Got a great picture of us all on the floor of the balcony. great last night!
Sunday 10th July
Left room at 12pm. walked around SAN AN BAY all day as we didn't need to be at the airport till 9pm. Watched the motor racing, got bored, played pool, got bored, ate Burger King about 4 times to ease the boredom. Then had final drink in apartment bar just bofore cab. The sudden moment when you realise that you're about to leave the greatest place on earth. The depression on my face was a sight!
I'm sat on my computer at home writing this, listening to a ROGAR SANCHEZ mix, reminsing about the greatest week of my entire life. Starring out my back windows at the miserable town i live in. Then SANCHEZ plays 'Pump The Jam', its 1.30pm on tuesday and i have the biggest smile on my face dancing around my back room to a very loud stereo.
