4 x Customer Advisors – UP Market
Based: Ibiza or Mallorca - Seasonal
These exciting roles are based in the UP Market shop and primarily will deal with customers interested in booking tickets for clubs, car hire, boat hire and money exchange. You will also deal with the overseas Cultura operation by providing a high standard of customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for handling stock and cash, and as such you should have excellent administration skills.
As this is a customer-facing role you will have a lively personality, you will also be able to think on your feet and have first-rate multi-tasking skills. Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office software is essential. You must be fluent in at least 1 language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian or Greek).
5 x Finance Controllers – UP Trips
Based: Ibiza - Seasonal
Based in Ibiza, the financial controller will provide support to the Finance/Hotel Payments Manager by completing resort accounts paperwork and constantly assessing any areas of risk. You will implement all company liquidation and be responsible for handling floats and company documents.
First-rate organisational skills and accounts experience are essential. You will have an excellent head for figures and be fluent in at least 1 language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian or Greek). Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office software is essential and you will be confident in learning the Internet and using new software systems.
15 x Personal Advisors – Cultura Trips
Based: Overseas (TBA) - Seasonal
You will be based in one of our 20 amazing resorts and will be the first point of contact for the passengers on a Cultura Trip. Will be trained to have sound knowledge of the resort and all Cultura affiliated events.
As this is a customer-facing role you will have a lively personality. You will also be able to think on your feet and have first-rate multi-tasking skills. Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and administration skills are preferable. You must be fluent in at least 1 language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian or Greek).
