New Member
Basically I have none, but we have a new Chief Exec who is changing things round here, for the better! My boss called me in her office to say I would be taking on more work, and mainly assisting the company secretary, and learning new skills.

Today...I am stuffing envelopes!
 
you appear to be multi-tasking. i can't for the life of me type posts on here and stuff envelopes at the same time. well done!
 
I often do multiple tasks at once. Watch telly, smoke tab, read Viz, shout for my tea!

Could I put that on a CV?

I notice you are from Dundee Fatphil?

What part? I used to live in Blackness!

Rub some ash/spill some coffee into/onto it so they can see you were smoking/drinking at the same time. Just for authenticity like. ;)

You grow up or study here (Blackness kinda points toward the latter obviously!)

You're lucky the Chief Exec didn't make you redundant and double the duties of the company secretary! I've seen that happen. Learn as many computer skills on the job as you can from the secretary. Many people get certificates from school in Outlook and other programs, which looks impressive, but then they are clueless when they have to use it on the job. If you learn it on the fly, then you can walk in any office and be useful.

Grew up in Forfar but studied at Dundee, moved to Blackness during Uni mate. Went to uni with a few guys from the Ferry.
