plus as it's near to the legendary Bora Bora, what time does Bora start at during the day 3.00pm? what kind of music at that stage?

I stayed there twice, once the room was ok and you could pay for air conditioning, the other time we must have had one of the worse rooms in the place, it was dirty, no air-conditioning, the maids came in once in a whole week

Try and request a room in the newer block as they seem to be the better rooms.

Bora Bora generally starts going off mid-afternoon thru til midnight and it will be funky house.

At end of day they're pretty basic but they are good sized apartments and you can't beat the location

Yeah the location is waht we went for, as last Sep we stayed in San An, cant remember apts, but had to walk up a hill. not the easiest of tasks considering..the carry on on the island!

The location will be perfect for you then, you'll really see the benefits if you leave Space on Sunday or whenever and you want to pop back to your apartment or whatever.

last year they we'r building a new building .. appartments/hotel .. but duno what its called .. any one here know ??

Apparently they ALL have AC for 2004, but I would make sure before you book as there are no windows in the bedroom (well not in mine) so it does get like an oven.

Great location though and you don't feel guilty playing music on your balcony!

Bora does kick off around 3pm. Starts off with some laid back funky house (think Sandy Riviera, Lil Vega, Lazy dog) and generally gets louder and harder as the day becomes night.

Fantastic place!
