Issues with purchasing tickets ( urgent flying out tommorrow)

Hi Ibiza spotlight

I have purchased 6 tickets to Cream Amnesia on thursday 11th september through the website. I had a warning come up saying " there was a problem with the purchase and the card has been charged , do not rebuy and I will be contacted within 24hours" I have checked the credit card statement online and the charge has been applied - I fly out in the morning and need to know if I should purchase again with another card or will my tickets be available .

This is the only place I could find to contact Ibiza spotlight

Please advise my best course of action
