like mine?

hes generous, generally good to work with, BUT...

for last 2 months we've had this woman in doing telesales for us, and she's the neighbour of our receptionist, who at the time thought that it was a good idea to put her name forward to do this part-time calls job.

anyways, shes one of them loud centre of attention women, who talks a good game, thinks every bloke fancies her big arse and bosseyed ness.

boss loves her cos he loves having attention lavished on him (and shes prepared to lavish it, even tho he has a stunning live-in gf).

everyone else here can see through her fakeness apart from him, and shes even started to pi$$ me off with her swanning about telling people what to do, and general acting wayyyy above her station.

cap it off, he's now funding her to set up her own cold calling company!

shes achived funk all in her working life, got sacked from last 4 jobs...

aghhh...

help me spotlight-wan-kenobi, your my only hope.

:?

try lavishing some attention on your boss. i've fathomed it out for you in 3 seconds that that's the way to get on.

ewwww, if she touches me one more time when she speaks to me*shiver*, im gonna elbow her.

even at Xmas Do in brighton, she was trying her hardest to flirt with me.
im like, get the f off me!

even when in the Honey Club, she had a go at me cos i was being rude by not dancing in the "circle" and by having my back to my work colleagues...

i just looked at her and said

"soz LUV, but its rude to have yr back at the DJ, and he's the most important person in the building..."

hey lou, i'll ask her is there's ajob opening for ya!

Yup, manage up Chewie - managing your relationship with your boss and his/her impression of your performance and your personal opinion of him/her, is far more important for your career than your actual performance/ view of him/her.

oh he's happy with my performance.

just dont get how he lets this burd get away with as much as she does.

ive got the company's best interests at heart, and the other guys in the studio are good to work with, and i dont want some drama queen breezing into the studio and upsetting the applecart.

Mate - I had to work with the worst drama queen ever! She got away with a huge amount of sh*t) for 5 years. I threatened to walk if they didnt do something about her. She would take about 4 months a year off sick (something to do with her ovaries she said - how all her ops meant she was unable to conceive and she was mentally distraught - no hon - you're just mental :? ) but bearing in mind we work for 98% men 2% women she would insist on telling them all about the mechanics of her reproductive organs, freak them out so she would get her own way, she used to cry, she borrowed money from a loan scheme we had at work, never made the payments, so they threatened to take it all from her salary, so what did she do? went crying to one of the snr partners poured all her troubles out to him, how she was in debt blah blah blah, boyfriend beating her, 8O (Lies), what did that sackless git do??? Cover the loan for her (or had it written off - he could do that).... we sacked her in 2001 (I got a phone call whilst in Ibiza - that was one hell of a party that night) 3 months later she's pregnant - apparently it was a miracle!!! She still pops into work every 8 months or so to meet people for luch (they all run off and hide from her and make up excuses not to go......) I would have killed her and be doing a 10 stretch in Durham if she had stayed any longer......
