Is this fair??

i don;t employ women of childbearing age. or sack them when they become pregnant.

I thought women being of childbearing age (or beyond even) was a pre-requisite for your employment?

And surely if they become pregnant you have take some responsibility?

for choice dan, i would, like our good friends at Gap and Nike, employ children in cages to do the work for me.

btw, i have had my dna genetically modified to avoid any paterenity issues

So I just found out, at my work, if you have children, you get an EXTRA 10 days of holiday per year!!!!

(Of course they don't call it holiday...... its 'children' time')

If I was a parent, then I'd think that was wonderful.

So because I'm single and child-less, that means essentially I have 2 weeks less a year than someone who has kids..

I do hope I have a family one day, so maybe my ideas will change, but right now I'm just being bitter because I want more holiday! ;)

So, should I go get myself pregnant just to have a little more time off??

Really though, parents... do you think this is fair?

Is it a good thing or a bad thing?

Do the parents at your office get paid for the 10 days they get off?

At our place they call it days off for dependents. The girls can call in sick if one of their children are ill but they don't get paid for it. They also have a policy whereby you can't have any more than 5 uncertified days off sick within a rolling year - if you do you don't get paid so they tend not to take the days off sick either.

i did work with a male PA once, he found it really hard to multitask!!!!!

Luckily I'm not a man eh and just one of the girls - I'd be as good as useless if I couldn't multi-task ;)
