Is there anywhere else like Ibiza??

Hi Folks
I rarely post on here but I figured that this is a good place to find out if there are any other hot spots like Ibiza!! I've been to Ibiza before, and liked it though we really didn't see enough of the island :cry: . Now myself and another friend of mine are planning to hit Europe again this year, and are thinking we should try somewhere different. Any suggestions on where two 26 year old ladies could go that's similar to the vibe and atmosphere in Ibiza? Preferably not overrun with young folks who are on their first hols away!

If all else fails....Ibiza it is again!! :lol:

Clubbing wise the only place that compares to Ibiza is London. Barcelona is good too by all accounts.

There is only 1 ibiza ;)
 
Pardon my ignorance...but what about Mykonos or Crete or Gran Canaria? I haven't lived in the UK in years, so I'm pretty out of the loop on this stuff...are none of these places good for partying?
 
Mykonos is wicked!!

I'll say no more cos it'll just get removed, hence this being an Ibiza board.
 
I know I'm taking a chance asking....but I figured the folks who are on this site are probably the most reliable source for me, since I love Ibiza too!!
 
no.. for a clubbing holiday there is nowhere else like Ibiza. I've been to awesome club nights and festivals elsewhere in the world.. but nowhere else can you go clubbing 10 nights/10 days (or however long your holiday is) in a row.. and beach it all day long.

If I wasn'g going clubbing I wouldn't go to ibiza.. sure its nice and pretty, but there are plenty of other islands in the Med.. and elsewhere that are just as beautiful and have decent bars and restaurants etc.

There is nowhere else with the same vibe as ibiza, thats for sure!

I would agree with that, except that Paradise Beach in Mykonos blinds Bora Bora in every respect.

I agree with you!!!! Paradise Bech in Mykonos is nice!

But I will always love la isla blanca!:D

Ummmmm - did anyone say Bora Bora was a nice beach? If they did can they post here so I can laugh at them please? :lol:

I wasn't talking about the quality of sand grains or the translucency of the water :lol:
